The data includes all schools assigned to your user account.
Cards
Shows key metrics for the selected time period and filters, along with percentage changes:
- Total Licensed Apps: The number of apps currently licensed.
- Total License Cost: The cumulative cost of all licenses.
- License Fees per User: The average cost per user for licenses.
- Effective Cost per User: The adjusted cost accounting for active usage.
- Unused License Savings: The cost associated with licenses that are not being used.
Views
View by:
- Applications view: Shows all used apps.
- Groups view: Shows apps within an assigned group.

The table lists all license cost data and allows you to view and sort by:
