The Compliance dashboard gives you a clear summary of compliance so you can make informed licensing decisions.

The data includes all schools assigned to your user account.
Cards
Shows key metrics for the selected time period and filters, along with percentage changes:
- Total Number of Apps: The total number of used apps.
- Risk Rating Alerts: The total number of apps that are rated “D” and “F”.
- Not Approved: The total unapproved apps.
- Flagged: The total flagged apps.
- Under Review: The total apps under review.
Views
View by:
- Applications view: Shows all used apps.
- Groups view: Shows apps within an assigned group.
Note
Use the search bar in any view to find applications.
Data Table
The table lists all app compliance data and allows you to view and sort by:
- App Name: The name of the used app.
- Verifications: The verifications obtained for the app.
- Risk Rating: The Risk Rating for the app.
- License Status: The license status.
- Approval Status: The app approval status.
