Add a License

This article is for Edtech Insights District Admins, IT Admins and School Admins.

You can add a license to EdTech Insights to manage and evaluate its usage.

  1. Go to EdTech Insights > Settings > License Management.
  2. Select Add License.
  3. Select the Application, then select Next.
  4. Select the Schools to assign the license to, then select Next.
  5. Select to Distribute licenses equally or use a Custom allocation.
    • For Distribute licenses equally: Add the No of licenses per school. Select Next.
    • For Custom allocation: Add the Total Licenses, then enter the License count for each school. Select Next.
  6. Add the Cost per license.

  Note

Select Update Allocation to change the custom allocation count.

  1. Select a Start date and End date.
  2. Select Save License.
