EdTech Manager's App Directory lets you publish lists of approved apps to parents and teachers through shareable URLs and embeddable iframe codes. As an IT Admin, you have full control over the App Directory and can choose which apps and related information to share.

Compliance
To comply with cybersecurity and education regulations, you can only add apps that your district has approved in EdTech Manager. If an app's status changes from "Approved," it automatically disappears from the directory.
Admin Control
You can choose which apps to include in your App Directory and customize supporting details like risk rating, privacy policy, publisher, or approval status.
Public sharing and accessibility
You can create a list of approved apps and share it through publicly accessible URLs, or embed it directly into web pages. App Directories are web-based and viewable on any device without needing a login.
No branding
To support embedding in web pages, the embeddable code displays only the list of apps and any accompanying information you’ve chosen. You can embed your App Directory in any HTML document, like intranet pages, emailers, and external websites.
